Thank you for shopping with Zeenash Studio! We want you to love your purchase, and we’re here to help if something isn’t quite right.
If you’d like to return or exchange an item, simply send us an email at info@zeenash.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the product details, and a short note about the reason for your request. Our team will be happy to guide you through the process.
Returns & Exchanges
7-Day Return Window
We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Unfortunately, requests made after this period cannot be accepted.
Condition of Items
To ensure a smooth return, please make sure your item is:
- Unused and unworn
- Free of stains, marks, fragrance, makeup, or lint
- With all original tags and labels attached
- In the same condition as when you received it
- Packed in its original packaging
Refunds & Shipping
- Refund Amount: Refunds are issued for the original purchase price of the product(s).
- Non-Refundable Fees: Shipping costs, handling charges, and customs/duty fees are not refundable.
- Return shipping: Once your return is approved, it is customers' responsibility to ship the item back.
We’ll notify you as soon as your return has been received and reviewed, and update you on the status of your refund or exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
We’re so sorry if your order arrives damaged or defective. Please reach out to us at info@zeenash.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll take care of it right away.
- Items reported after this period may not be eligible for return.
- Depending on availability, defective items may be replaced with the same product, exchanged for a similar item, or refunded—whichever works best for you.
- Return label will be provided incase of damaged or defective item.
